This page explains how information submitted through the HJM Systems website is used.
Information submitted
When you send a contact, quote, product quote or sourcing request, HJM Systems receives the information you enter and any files you choose to attach.
How it is used
Submitted information is used to review your inquiry, understand project requirements, prepare a response or quotation, coordinate follow-up and maintain business records related to the request.
Attachments
Attachments are stored in a private website storage area and are not published through the website. Please provide only information needed to assess the request.
Website analytics
This website may use Google Analytics to measure aggregate website usage, such as pages viewed and whether an inquiry form was completed. Analytics data is limited to non-identifying usage information. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, message text and attachment file names submitted through forms are never sent to analytics. Advertising and personalization signals are disabled. Browser settings or ad/analytics blockers can be used to prevent this measurement.
